What is Corrective Exercise?
It is important to understand what exercise is in the first place. Exercise in its simplest form and is often overlooked is movement performed repetitively under resistance (remember your body weight is resistance). Corrective exercise focuses on movements that correct deficits in the body. Corective or Base Conditioning exercise programs can easily include squats, lunges, bend patterns, push pattern, twisting patterns. Through the detailed assessment and questionnaires I then can design the appropriate program so as to make you stronger and to lose/gain weight without hurting or re-injuring you.
