Loveland Yoga and Core Fitness Yoga Schedule

All classes are one hour unless noted on schedule

The levels are built around the awareness of pose/names not the difficulty of the class.

The more experience and practice with yoga the more aware of what the poses are…


Level 1: Yoga basics for beginners;

Level 1-2: For anybody and everybody;

Level 2-3: Some experience suggested.
Level 3-4: For advanced yoga practitioners;

All Levels: This class is for anybody and everybody.


As a beginner, you're welcome to any of the Level 1-2 classes on the Yoga schedule. They can get hot and sweaty (but mostly from student-generated heat). Don't worry, the emphasis, is to go at your own pace, according to how YOU feel. The real yoga is starting to learn how to listen to yourself, so you know how to work with your body.

Wear comfortable clothing; Yoga mat (or rent a mat for $2; money collected is donated to Dog Rescues); Towel, if you need it; Water bottle, with water in it
