Jennifer
In 2009 life threw Jennifer a curve ball and she was laid off from her job. Turning to yoga to deal with the stress and anxiety she figured it was the perfect time to learn a new skill and become a certified yoga instructor. Jennifer has practiced yoga since 2000 and has seen first hand how yoga can help overcome some of the most difficult times in life by uniting mind, body and spirit. In 2010 she earned her 200 hour Yoga Alliance certification through Corepower Yoga. She truly believes in the healing benefits of yoga (mentally and physically) and strives to create a fun and peaceful space for practice.
Jennifer teaches Power Vinyasa Yoga on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. She combines level I and II postures in her classes.
On Wednesday night the class is taught by candlelight.
