Jill
Jill has been a fitness instructor for 11 years and teaching yoga for approximately 8 years. Yoga and breath soothes the mind and muscles!
Her style is what she calls "Jill style" of yoga. She pulls the best from Anusara, hatha and vinyasa. The body is warmed with a few vinyasa sun salutations and then the class embraces various asanas, holding each one 7-10 breaths. In every class we open the heart, open the hips, shoulders and legs. We simultaneously energize and relax. All levels are welcome in her classes, because all poses have modifications to help everyone find their breath and bliss!!!
