Our Class Descriptions

At Vitality for Life (also Loveland Yoga & Core Fitness), the room is a climate-controlled environment. This way the body can detoxify, heal & become exhilarated with mind & spirit.

 

Class space is limited to 5 people for yoga and 4 people Barre in-studio. Zoom is always available. How you sign up now is through me (for the time being) you can either message me via email (christi_sullivan@msn.com)or call/text (970.690.4917).

Here at Vitality for Life (also Loveland Yoga & Core Fitness) we are ready to support students in their yoga practice and instruct students who are ready to take the next step in their journey to get to the "core" of their being.

Strength Yoga w/weights:

 

Strength Yoga is a  progressive  and an incomparable approach to a vinyasa flow. Strength Yoga implements the use of dumbbells to take your practice to new heights while listening to upbeat music to add a deeper layer of connection with the mind and body. This creative and integrative approach helps you focus on your unique alignment to open up to the body guiding you to the asana to conform to you; that will restore peace of mind and revitalize spirit for new growth. The alignment cues in Strength yoga are unique and simple to understand to develop strength, improve posture, get out of pain and improve flexibility of not only the body but your mind as well. As true to form with Christi she will be emphasizing the use of the glutes for maximal stability while connecting with our true selves. In the process finding the balance between mediation and athleticism.

Strength Yoga:

​Barre for a Booty:

 

We are offering another style of class that has benefits for the body and mind. Barre is a low-impact ballet fitness based class yet a challenging total body workout with amazing benefits for your body and mind.When you start a consistent practice of even as little as 1-2 classes per week you will begin to results. You will be amazed how fast you will begin to see results with a consistent weekly practice. 

  • You will strengthen your core, tone and define your physique with a consistent practice

  • You will increase your endurance strength, flexibility and mobility with a consistent practice

  • You will improve your balance and posture with a consistent practice

  • You will improve your mind-body connection and de-stress with a consistent practice

  • You will also begin to gain confidence and improve self-esteem with a consistent practice

​Sculpt: Navy Seal based format 

 

This is such a fun and challenging class. I got this idea from a class I was taking during the summer. 

There are 3 Blocks of 5 exercises. Each block has a series of exercises that will target your whole body. It is done in a pyramid fashion. Meaning: there are 3 sets per block; each block has it's own set repetition. We go up a hill and then down a hill and then back up. 

10 reps, 15 reps, 20 reps (20, 15, 10)

  • You will strengthen your core, tone and define your physique with a consistent participation 

  • You will increase your endurance strength, flexibility and mobility with a consistent participation 

  • You will improve your balance and posture with a consistent participation

  • You will also begin to gain confidence and improve self-esteem with a consistent practice
