Women's Yoga Retreat

This is such a beautiful space to be able to do all I'm hoping to get in over this short weekend. 

There is an amazing backyard as well. 

The Agenda:

*Midday Strength Yoga class. It's a nice way to revitalize the body and mind-1 hr.

*Nighttime Gentle Yoga. The best way to ensure good sleep. 1 hr. 

*During Gong Sound bath (this would not be live) I will teach you how to do your own lymphatic release and organ reset. This will enhance the response. 2hrs.

*Teach you how to connect with your guides and angels. 4hrs zoom available

*Introduce up to three lessons of my Self Healing Course. 3hrs (only an intro)(Zoom Available)

      *What is Consciousness?

      *Boundaries

      *How to Reparent

*Or we do a Past Life Meditation. 2hrs Zoom Available

My goal here in with this retreat is to help empower and create community. I am creating a menu. It will be around what most people grow in their gardens and what will typically be harvested during this time.

The idea of 'garden to table' is Your Garden, My Garden to this beautiful table to create amazing dishes to share. 

If you don't have a garden ~ don't worry. This isn't required to be able to participate. 

The Air BNB will have most of what we need to cook and bake our meals. I will be looking at local places to eat as well as for more options. 

I will offer plenty of options if we are in the mood to eat out or cook and eat in.

This beautiful space sleeps 6.

There is a queen bed in bedroom one; a double bed in bedroom two; and a bunkbed in bedroom three. 

I am going to bring one or two air mattresses if we feel we need some space to sleep. There is also a couch. 

Does this open up the possibility of being able to add two more people? Maybe. 

Most people are ok with a night or two sharing a bed. Sometimes we need a little extra personal space. It's a big slumber party.
